Kishor, who had successfully managed the poll strategy of prime minister Narendra Modi and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar, will remain present in the meeting which has been convened for chalking out the plan for next year's assembly polls, chairman of the communications department of the party Satyadev Tripathi said.

Besides, the vice presidents of the Congress committee, general secretaries of district and city units will attend the meeting along with UPCC president Nirmal Khatri and AICC general secretary in charge of state affairs Madhusudan Mistry, Tripathi said.
Kishor reportedly had a meeting with Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi earlier this week.
