The minister was addressing a developmental meeting after inaugurating the circle office and a secondary school at Kitpi yesterday, an official communique informed here today.
Insisting on preservation and promotion of rich culture and tradition, he said, "Every one of us both old and young should learn Bhoti language in order to understand, preserve and promote our culture and heritage better".
He stressed the need for special Bhoti language class all in the line of adult education programme. He also informed the huge gathering that His Holiness Dalai Lama has accepted to visit Tawang, West Kameng & other parts of the state in 2015.
