Prez visits Dwarkadhish temple in Guj

President Pranab Mukherjee today paid obeisance at the famous Dwarkadhish temple here.
Mukherjee, who was here during the last leg of his three- day maiden visit to Gujarat as the first citizen, performed puja at the temple to Lord Krishna.
He also interacted with Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati Maharaj.
Mukherjee had yesterday visited Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad as also the Somnath temple on the state's western coast besides inaugurating a beach festival in Diu.
The President is visiting Gujarat and the Union Territory of Daman and Diu for the first time after assuming the country's top office on July 25, 2012.
