Music producer Noel Fisher filed documents against rapper Drake claiming that he set him up for a physical encounter with the his bodyguard.
In the papers, Fisher states Drake hired him in 2014 to work as his executive producer. However, Fisher ultimately declined the job since he was unwillingly to exclusively create hits for Drake and no one else, reported Contactmusic.
Fisher claims that a little while later, in June, 2014, the 29-year-old rapper invited him to his Calabasas, California estate and he thought it was another chance to work with the Canadian star.
But Fisher alleges he was greeted by Drake's bodyguard called Chubbs who punched him in the face and ultimately broke his jaw.
Fisher claims that Drake set him up for the beating and is requesting an unspecified amount in damages.
