Minister in-charge of Home Bijendra Prasad Yadav gave this information in the state Legislative Council in reply to a short notice question of Niraj Kumar of JD(U).
The minister said that sub zonal office of Enforcement Directorate existed in Patna.
It starts probe in cases send by Economic Offence Wing of the state after finding merit in them, he added.
Yadav said that out of proposals send to Enforcement Directorate so far, properties worth Rs 19.05 crore of 15 accused have been forfeited.
The Nitish Kumar government had in 2010 brought Bihar Special Court Act with provision for confiscation of properties earned through illegal means.
The anti-graft legislation had hogged national limelight when property of former Bihar state police chief Narayan Mishra was confiscated in 2012 and school for underprivileged children opened there in the capital Patna.
