Pulses price remain steady in thin trade

There was not much activity in the wholesale pulses market today as most of pulses traded in a tight range in the absence of worthwhile activity and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against lack of worthwhile activity also helped prices to close steady.
Following are today's pulses rates per quintal:
Urad 5,200-5,700, Urad Chilka (local) 6,400-6,600, best 6,650-7,250, Dhoya 6,900-7,300, Moong 5,850-7,150, Dal Moong Chilka local 6,950-7,450, Moong Dhoya local 6,850-7,150 and best quality 7,650-7,750.
Masoor small 5,250-5,450, bold 5,250-5,550, Dal Masoor local 6,000-6,100, best quality 6,100-6,200, Malka local 5,600-5,900, best 5,800-5,900, Moth 4,550-4,950, Arhar 4,500-4,600, Dal Arhar Dara 6,000-6,200.
Gram 2,850-3,550, Gram Dal (local) 3,600-3,800, best quality 3,700-3,800, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,360, Rajdhani 1,360, Rajmah Chitra 6,300-9,300,Kabli Gram small 3,800-6,400, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,200-5,800, Peas white 2,950-3,000 and green 3,000-3,100.
