Accusing the SAD-BJP led state government of not addressing their issues, they said they were not being given any salary or commission by the union government or the state government for distributing subsidised foodgrains.
The delegation said that the state authorities were shifting the responsibility on central government whereas they have been working on behalf of the state government to implement 'Atta-Dal' scheme.
The depot holders further said that they were paying the local carriage expenses from their pocket and were facing difficult to survive under the given circumstances.
As many as 26,000 fair price shop owners have been on strike for the last 45 days, protesting against state government for not addressing their issues.
