Punjab Governor flags off free mobile diagnostic van

Punjab Governor V P Singh Badnore today flagged off a mobile diagnostic van which will provide free services to the urban poor.
The Governor said, though urban areas have better government and private health facilities, the urban poor living in slums cannot access those due to high cost and lack of assistance.
He said this van will collect blood samples and do tests for free.
