Punjab govt introduces new software for doctors

Punjab government has introduced a new software for all doctors working in government or private hospitals to prepare Medico-legal Reports (assault, road side accidents).
Disclosing this today, minister for Health and Family Welfare Madan Mohan Mittal said, it has been made mandatory for private and government doctors to use the software.
Giving information about the software, Vinni Mahajan, principal secretary, Health and Family welfare said, all private institutions are supposed to share the site containing the Medico-legal Reports generated.
To implement this software, one state nodal officer Dr Surinder Ghanga and additional state nodal officer Dr Parminder Singh Bhatti have been appointed, she added.
