The officers have been asked to give details of enquiries of more than six months on a prescribed performa to their respective departmental representative (not less than under secretary rank), an official spokesman said.
Departmental representatives would carry the information to a meeting scheduled to be held on January 20 here to be presided over by Secretary, Personnel, he said.
The spokesman said the departments should ensure sending the information on prescribed performa because earlier the information sent by a few departments was not as per approved performa.
