All the government departments have been directed to furnish details to Welfare department well in time so that the reservation policy in the appointment and promotions can be implemented.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the Welfare Department said roster register checking teams are being constituted in different departments to give requisite representation to Schedule Castes and Backward classes in the government services.
He said the departments have been told to submit the designation, office address and mobile number of the officers, two from general category and two from Schedule Castes of not less than the rank of Joint Director, Assistant Director and Additional Director of their Directorate.
