Garner, 43, will play Beam whose daughter miraculously overcame an incurable, life-threatening digestive disorder.
Latifah, 45, will play a Boston waitress, whose life ends up transformed by her interaction with Beam and her daughter. Henderson, 40, will play Beam's husband.
"Miracles from Heaven" reunites producers Joe Roth, TD Jakes and DeVon Franklin, the team behind 2014's hit "Heaven Is for Real".
