Quess Corp re-appoints Subrata Nag as CFO

Quess Corp, a subsidiary of travel firm Thomas Cook (India), today said it has re-appointed its Executive and whole-time Director Subrata Nag as Group Chief Financial Officer of the company.
"Subrata Nag, who is currently the Executive and Whole-time Director and former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is being reappointed as the Group CFO of the Company w.E.F. 5th April 2017," the company said in a BSE filing.

Yonex to set up production unit in India * Badminton goods maker Yonex plans to set up a production unit in India, the first by any International sports company.
Taking advantage of the government's Make in India initiative, the company to be based in Bengaluru, is manufacturing its entire range of badminton racquets, Yonex said in a statement.
Commenting on the development, Yonex Chairman Ben Yonyema said: "We are very excited about starting a factory in India. We hope to make available our best racquets across the country at much cheaper rates".

Sanat Products completes acquisition of Hindustan Herbals * Pharmaceutical company Sanat Products today said it has completed the acquisition of Hindustan Herbals Ltd.
Sanat Products has recently acquired the Hindustan Herbals and has completed the process of 100 per cent taking over the manufacturing of all extracts and phytochemicals, it said in a statement.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical and nutraceuticals products.
