The British drama film has been written and directed by Paddy Considine, who made his debut with the project.

"Tyrannosaur" also stars Peter Mullan, Eddie Marsan, Paul Popplewell and Sally Carman. The film won Coleman the best actress honour at the British Independent Film Awards.
