Railway's assistant station master commits suicide

An assistant station master of railway allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his rented apartment here, police said today.
The body of Vikrant Trivedi (30), posted at Sindurwa railway station under Kamrauli police station of the district, was recovered this morning and sent for a post-mortem, SHO A P Tiwari said.
Trivedi, originally hailing from Lucknow, was depressed over some personal issue for the past few days, Musafirkhana Circle Officer Sumit Shukla said.
Shukla added that an investigation into the matter was on.
