Raj experiences relatively warm day

Rajasthan today experienced a relatively warm day even as Sriganganagar was the coldest place in the state, recording a low of 6.2 degrees Celsius.
While Churu recorded a low of 8.2 degrees Celsius, the minimum temperature in Pilani, Tonk, Bikaner and Jaisalmer was 8.5 degrees Celsius, 9.8 degrees Celsius, 10 degrees Celsius and 11.2 degrees Celsius respectively, the Met Department said.
Night temperature at other stations was above 12 degrees Celsius.
The Met Department forecast light rains at isolated places in the next 24 hours in the state.
