Raj guv asks VCs to award degrees to students on time

Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh has directed authorities of state universities to prepare a time - bound programme for preparing and awarding degrees in time to qualifying students.
Singh reviewed and discussed the matter with Rajasthan University Vice Chancellor H S Bhati, Vardhman Mahaveer Open University VC - V K Pathak, and Principle Secretary to Governor Griraj Singh, a Raj Bhawan release said.
Singh said that delay in awarding degrees to those passing out affect their career.
