Rajanna Sircilla 1st open defecation free district in Tel
Collector Krishna Bhasker made the announcement after unfurling the national flag on the occasion of Republic Day.
"All the houses in the district have now latrines," said the Collector.
"Now I can proudly say that Rajanna Sircilla district is totally open defecation free," he said.
