Ram Tirath temple project to be ready by Aug

The 'Karunasagar Valmiki Tirath Asthaan', which houses Ram Tirath temple in Amritsar will be ready by August.
Work at various sites of the temple is in full swing and the 70 per cent structure has been completed, an official spokesman said today.
The Punjab government has set aside Rs 185 crore for the ambitious project for the temple, which has rich religious and historic significance, he further said.
The design of the 'Tirath Asthaan' had been made exclusively on a unique pattern to create a distinct identity.
The project is being executed by Punjab PWD (B&R) department and the architectural consultants are the Department Of Architecture Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
