"Over Rs 70 lakh collection in 30 theatres on the third week running. Almost full occupancies on weekends. Ramdhanu is turning more spectacular than wishes (Ichhe)," Shiboprosad told PTI today.
A rough estimate in 10 single screens and plexes, randomly culled from various theatres, showed full or at least 90 percent occupanicies across all segments of audience.
After getting accolades for 'Iccha',' Muktodhara', 'Alik Sukh', I was hopeful that Ramdhanu will do well. But while Ichhe took times to bolster its position after some weeks, and outpaced others, 'Ramdhanu' has gained pace from the outset. It seems audiences are now more prepared and ready for as well," produicer Atanu Roy Chowdhury said.
