Directed by Deepa Mehta, the film will have its North American premiere on September 13 under gala presentation.
"Beeba Boys", which also stars Gulshan Grover, Sarah Allen, and Waris Ahluwalia, is a crime thriller inspired by real incidents and characters in Canada. It is expected to hit theatres next month.
The festival serves as a platform for varied films to be showcased as it invites more than 300 films from more than 60 countries.
American romantic comedy "Mr Right" will close the festival on September 20.
