The Chennai-based company registered net profit of Rs 9.51 crore in the year-ago period, Rane Brake Lining said in a BSE filing.
During 2014-15 fiscal, the net profit declined by 6.3 per cent to Rs 16.11 crore from Rs 17.21 crore in previous year.
Total income from operations for the January-March 2015 quarter grew to Rs 113.64 crore from Rs 108.59 crore during the same period last year.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015, the total income from operations rose to Rs 416.41 crore from Rs 384.11 crore in 2013-14.
