Rapper T I is in serious debt as he and his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris, owe the IRS more than USD 4.5 million in unpaid taxes from 2012 and 2013.
Documents stated that T I owed USD 1,397,283.47 from 2012 and USD 3,173,476.39 from 2013. IRS filed the two tax liens in Georgia earlier this month, reported New York Post.
However, it should not be a problem for the Atlanta rapper. Known for his lavish lifestyle, T I, whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris, is reportedly worth an estimated USD 215 million.
He was listed as one of the highest-paid rappers of 2015 with an estimated combined earning of USD 75 million.
T I's representative has commented on the tax liens, saying, "Mr Harris and his team are working with the appropriate parties to resolve this matter."
T I owns the label imprint Grand Hustle Records, several stately houses, nine studio albums, clothing companies, restaurants and luxurious cars.
