The Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission (MPHRC) has issued notices to some officials, including former collector and ex-SP of Datia district, in connection with last year's stampede at Ratangarh temple.
The MPHRC sent the notices yesterday and sought replies from them by February 24.
The commission had set up a one-member inquiry panel to look into the incident and it has already given its report.
Over 100 people were killed during the stampede near Ratangarh temple in Datia on October 13 last year.
