Rawat to unfurl tricolor near Indo-China border

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat will unfurl the national flag on Independence Dayat Ghamshali village, which is adjacent to Barahoti near the Indo-China border in Chamoli district.

The chief minister will go to Ghamshali village after hoisting the national flag at the main programme to be held at Parade ground in Dehradun, an official release said.

Badrinath legislator Mahender Bhatt had requested the Rawat to hoist the tricolor at the Independence Day function at Ghamshali, it said.
