Refined palmolein ease on lower demand

Refined palmolein prices slipped at the oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to lower demand from retailers.
On the other hand, groundnut oil maintained a steady trend owing to ample stock positions.
Castorseed bold and castor oil commercial moved up on mild offtake from shippers and soap industries.
While, linseedoil maintained a stable trend in the absence of necessary buying support.
Turning to edible segment, refined palmolein declined by Rs 4 per 10kg to end at Rs 456 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 460, while groundnut oil held unchanged at 970 per 10kg.
In non-edible section, castorseed bold rose by 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,775 from its previous level of Rs 3,750 and castoroil commercial went up by Rs 5 per 10 kg to 785 from Rs 780. Linseed oil settled unaltered at Rs 875 per 10kg.
