Reliance Communications launches new GSM Series in J&K

Reliance Communications, India's fully-integrated telecommunications service provider, today announced the launch of a new GSM number series '9103' in Jammu and Kashmir.
Reliance Communications, India's fully-integrated telecommunications service provider, today announced the launch of a new GSM number series 9103xxxxxx in the Jammu & Kashmir Telecom Circle, a company spokesman said.
The initiative enhances RCOM;s leadership position in the state and brings in an additional 1 million potential subscribers to its best-in-class mobile network, he said, adding, recently, RCOM operates the 9018xxxxxx number series for 2G and 3G services in the Jammu & Kashmir Telecom Circle.
The launch of this new number series will enable RCOM to maximise its competitive advantage in the state of Jammu & Kashmir by reaching out to additional mobile users, both pre-paid and post-paid, who will now be able to enjoy seamless 2G and 3G services from Reliance Communications.
"Since the inception of our operations in J&K, RCOM has expanded its presence across key locations in the state. We now have a subscriber base which is expanding quickly and the new series will enable us to accommodate increasing requests for new connections," Ataul Haque, Chief Operating Officer, Jammu & Kashmir, Reliance Communications, said.
"We are delighted to launch the new GSM series, which will further strengthen RCOM's subscriber footprint and enable more users to enjoy our state-of-the-art 2G and 3G services," he added.
Reliance Communications' aggressive presence in GSM platform is further enhanced by extensive expansion initiatives which consistently increase its intellectual capital and managerial bandwidth to serve its subscribers better, the company said.
Continuous efforts to enable an exceptional experience to RCOM's mobile users and to deliver high value products & services, reflects in the fast multiplying subscriber base.
The new number series will help RCOM bring in a superior experience to many new subscribers in the state, it added.
