Prabhudheva, 42, who will reprise his role of Vishnu sir in Remo's upcoming dance drama "ABCD2", said he will not try making a dance-based movie after watching the "FALTU" helmer's hardwork on his current project.
"I have told Remo that he is a better director than choreographer. He knows his job well. He knows what he wants. He is not strict at all. He stays very cool and gets the best from his actors," Prabhudheva told PTI.
As the son of ace choreographer Mugur Sundar, Prabhudheva also followed his father's profession. He has performed and designed a wide range of dancing styles in a career spanning 25 years to earn the monikar of Indian Michael Jackson.
In "ABCD2" , the national-award winning choreographer will show a different facet of his character.
"My part is completely different. It has nothing to do with my previous role of Vishnu sir. First one was emotional while this is more vibrant and happy. I enjoyed playing my character as it has shaped up really well. As long as Remo is happy, I am happy."
A new song from "ABCD2" has been unveiled and it's a treat for the fans to see their dance icon setting the floor on fire with his flawless moves in "Happy Hour".
"I just danced on the song. I didn't choreograph it. Two young guys, Rahul and Paul, have choreographed it. They have also danced with me in the song and they both are good."
The song also sees lead actor Varun Dhawan shaking a leg with him.
"Varun is a brilliant dancer. I feel more than a dancer, he is very sweet as a person.. He is such a hardworking boy," Prabhudheva said.
The film has wrapped up its Punjab and Goa leg of shootings and is expected to hit theatres on October 2.
