Meanwhile, the Met office forecast another wet spell of moderate intensity in Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh on February 22 and 23. The spell may be accompanied with isolated strong winds and will also lead to dissipation of foggy or mist conditions prevailing in parts of these states, a MeT official said.
