Customers are getting benefits after RERA implementation due to certain bindings on the real estate developers and demand for RERA approved projects is on rise, senior vice president of a Mumbai-based construction company, Rahul Maru said in a press conference.
Informing about the upcoming residential project on Andheri National Highway, Maru said that the project was taken up considering the demand of youth and businessmen coming to Mumbai.
He said that people from Jodhpur, Shekhawati and Marwad are increasingly moving to Mumbai for opportunities.
