Retired judge killed in road mishap

A retired Additional District Judge was killed while his nephew sustained injuries when the two-wheeler they were riding in was allegedly hit by another vehicle on the Mathura-Aligarh Road, police said today.
The accident took place on Thursday night when the duo was returning to their house after meeting their relative at Raya police station area, they said.
ADJ retired Bhudeo Prasad and his nephew were injured in the attack, police said, adding that the duo was rushed to a hospital where Prasad succumbed to his injuries yesterday, police added.
