The 32-year-old actor broke up with Rumer after his work schedule started to fill up, reported Contactmusic.
"Ricky and Rumer's relationship cooled recently. Amazingly, it was Ricky who was getting too busy with work and didn't have the time to spend with her any more. He'd often be filming 12 to 15 hours a day on 'The 100' in Canada, while she was in LA," a source said.
The insider then revealed that the 26-year-old actress has been fine with the split and is even reigniting things with a former flame.
