Rituparna-Joy Sengupta team up after 'Choturango'

Years after teaming up together in Tagore periodical Choturango, Tollywood diva Rituparna Sengupta now again shares screen space with Joy Sengupta in 'Khola Hawa.'
'Joy is a powerful actor and we enjoy a beautiful relationship. We two share a wonderful chemistry on set. Earlier we had worked in Suman Mukhopadhyay's directorial venture on Tagore's Chaturango," Rituparna told PTI here.
Terming 'Khola Hawa' as a tale of human relationships, Rituparna said, "It is a story of a woman's yearning for Independence. It is a film on new twists in each turn of life. It is a tale of mind ruling over heart.

"The film espouses the theme of making most of every passing moment of life. And the background score helped a lot in recreating that mood," she said.
Asked how different the film was from her previous portrayals of women-centric roles, the 'Dahan' actor said, "It is a new type of story."
Singer Rupankar, having lent voice to the film's playback number, said, "Poet-Lyricist Srijato and Neel Dutta make a wonderful combination and one title track is especially close to my heart set in the sylvan surroundings.
