Reality TV star Rob Kardashian has reportedly settled a civil assault case that saw him facing criminal charges for battery and petty theft.
Rob got into an altercation in March with a photographer, who snapped pictures of him while he was changing in the parking garage of a West Hollywood gym, reported TMZ online.
Rob allegedly grabbed the camera from the photographer and removed its memory card.
Rob has now agreed to pay the photographer, Andra Viak, the value of the camera equipment.
In a hearing, lawyers revealed to the judge that a civil settlement in the case had been reached.
Rob is expected to avoid further prosecution in regards to the case.
