The 48-year-old star, who has sons Dylan Frances, 23, and Hopper, 21, with ex-husband Sean Penn, 53, says she would love to parent them all over again, reported Contactmusic.
"I still worry about them and don't know why they're not calling me back. I wish I never gave them TV ... Watch film. We raised them that way.
"For every terrible movie they wanted to see, we made them watch (Francis Ford) Coppola. Neil Young. We played that stuff to counter the rap they listened to at school. I wish I had to do it all over again," she said, while describing how she mothered them when they were young.
