The 43-year-old actress and the visual artist, 33, finalized their divorce on Thursday after three years of marriage, reported E! online.
The "Charmed" star filed for divorce back in February citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The couple had separated in May 2015 after just a year and a half of marriage.
In the filing, McGowan asked the judge to reject any requests for spousal support from Leavitt and said that the two divided their assets outside of court.
McGowan and Levitt tied the knot in October 2013 at the Paramour Mansion here.
