Routh, Gadiyar qualify for main draw

Amit Routh and Chetan Gadiyar qualified for the main draw of the 10th Om Dalvi Memorial Mikro India Trophy All India Ranking U-18 Tennis Tournament here on Sunday.

Also making it to the tournment proper of the tournament held at the Maharashtra Police Tennis Gymkhana were Yashraj Dalvi, Sam Chawla, Sarvesh Birmane, Anish Lal and Praneet Kudale.

In the final qualifying round, Routh pipped Ojas Dabas 1-6, 6-4, 7-6(2) while Birmane ousted Arjun Shirgaokar 6-3, 6-2 to qualify for the main draw.
