Rs.25 crore sanctioned for Paddy procurement

Civil Supplies Corporation has been allotted an additional amount of Rs.25 crores for paddy procurment, state Finance Minister K M Mani said here today.
A total amount of Rs.180 crore has been earmarked for the purpose in current year's budget, Mani said in a statement.
This was more than Rs.10 crore already allotted during the supplimentary demands discussion in the last assembly session, he said.
'Sanction for the additional amount of Rs.25 crore was approved by the Finance Department today', Mani added.
