Rs 8.84 lakh looted from ATM
They dismantled the ATM last night using a gas cutter machine and fled with cash to the tune of Rs 8.84 lakh, said Bulhowal police station's SHO Harveer Singh.
Footage of the act that could not be captured as the CCTV cameras installed at the ATM premises were not functioning, he said.
A case has been registered and further probe into the matter is on, he added.
