Nripendra Roy of RSS' Tripura unit said in his police complaint that a group of CPI(M) cadres led by Das had yesterday asked the shakha members to pack up the camp organised at Killamura Senior Basic School in Purba Nalchhar village under Melaghar police station and leave the state as early as possible, the organisation claimed.
As the members refused to do this, the CPI(M) cadres ransacked the camp and kidnapped two of its members -- Akshai Debnath and Rupamoy Vishwas, who were later rescued by the police, the RSS claimed.
Around 240 RSS members arrived in Tripura on July 1 for a week-long yoga camp and the two "kidnapped" functionaries hailing from Assam were entrusted with the task of helping organise the camp.
