"Both the RSS and BJP are trying to change the fundamental narratives of the country," Tewari said when asked for his reactions on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's statement that the Ram temple might be completed in his lifetime.
The former Union Minister said every time elections were round the corner, the RSS and BJP rake up the Ram temple issue.
With state elections due in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Assam, it was natural for them to raise the issue once again, he told reporters on the sidelines of the Infocom seminar here.
"Internet usage should be made a fundamental right by amending the Constitution. Free Internet usage should be also be given for certain websites," he said.
