Sam Smith happier than ever post weight loss

Singer Sam Smith is feeling "happier than ever" following his dramatic weight loss.
The 22-year-old singer has been documenting his journey on Instagram as he is losing weight and has revealed he is nearing his goal weight, reported Female First.
Captioning a photograph of himself and showing off his slimmer frame, he wrote: "4 pounds away from my goal weight and feel happier and healthier than ever #eatnourishglow (sic)".
The "Like I Can" hitmaker, who has lost over three stone, has been receiving dieting tips from none other than "Drunk in Love" hitmaker Beyonce.
"I did have a conversation with Beyonce about food, which was great," he said.

Sam has also been working with nutritional therapist Amelia Freer and previously boasted he had lost a stone in two weeks.
"Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.
"Everyone go check out her incredible book and start to live healthy. It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer #eatnourishglow (sic)", he wrote.
