Romeo, who got 21 nods to become the most nominated artist in the history of the Billboard Latin Music Awards, walked home with the most prizes, a total of 10, during the ceremony.
Among his wins were the coveted Artist of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year.
Iglesias, who received 19 nominations this year, trailed behind with nine gongs. He grabbed Hot Latin Song of the Year and Latin Pop Song of the Year among others.
