The 34-year-old star, who plays April Kepner on the medical drama, and her husband Peter Lanfer welcomed their daughter Hannah Mali Rose last week, reported People magazine.
"And there you have it! Hannah Mali Rose Lanfer," she posted on twitter.
She announced her pregnancy in July. The couple's son Micah Emmanuel was born two years ago.
