Madhya Pradesh High Court today granted conditional bail to Jagdish Sagar in a case related to making fake passports.
Justice Prakash Shrivastava of the Indore bench of the High Court said Sagar could not leave Indore without the permission of the court, while granting him bail on two bonds of Rs 50,000 each.
However, Sagar, who ran a racket helping over 100 students get illegal admission into medical colleges, would continue to be in jail as he has not got bail for his involvement in the scam.
The case against Sagar for allegedly making fake passports was registered with the Vijay Nagar police.
Allegedly, he was involved in a scam under which medical college admissions were arranged after taking hefty sums.
