Scattered rains continue in Rajasthan

Scattered rains today continued in parts of Rajasthan as day temperatures settled at normal levels across the state.
Jhunjhunu and Sarara recorded the state's maximum rainfall of at 3-cm each since last night, according to a MeT report.
Light to moderate rainfall occurred at isolated places in all divisions of the state, while heavy showers lashed Churu district.
Churu received 28.4-mm rainfall since morning. Rajgarh, Ramgarhsthan and Gogunda recorded 2-cm of rains each, and Kotputali, Govindgarh, Karauli, Kapasan, Mount Abut, Mangrol, Laxmangarh, Alwar, Malsar, Jhalarapatan and Sardarshahar 1-cm each.
According to a MeT forecast, isolated rains may occur at some places in the state in the next 24 hours.
