The Safdarjung and Lodhi Road observatories recorded trace rainfall between 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM while showers of 0.2mm was measured in the Ridge area.
Till 9.30 AM, Palam, Safdarjung, Lodhi Road and Ayanagar observatories reported rainfall of 0.3mm, 0.3mm, 3.3mm and 13.3mm, respectively.
The maximum settled at 27.4 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, while the minimum was recorded at 17.1 degrees, a notch above the normal, said a MeT official.
Humidity in air oscillated between 52 and 94 per cent.
"The skies will be mainly clear. Mist or haze may occur in the morning. The maximum and minimum are expected to hover at 29 and 17 degrees, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 29.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was pegged at 16.8 degrees Celsius.
