School boy injured after security vehicle hits him in Jammu
Press Trust of India Jammu A security vehicle, reportedly part of a cavalcade escorting former chief minister Farooq Abdullah, hit a school boy and injured him today on the outskirts of the city, a senior police official said.
Nine-year-old Yaseen was admitted to a hospital after the incident and his condition was stable, he said.
"A security vehicle moving ahead of the former chief minister's cavalcade hit a boy in Bajalta area and caused minor injuries to him," the official said.
"We are verifying whether the vehicle was part of the cavalcade of the former chief minister," he added.
