The national capital was sizzling today with the sun beating down since morning and the day temperature hovering around 42 degree celsius, making life tough for Delhiites .
The minimum temperature s recorded at 22.8 degree Celsius which was one degree below normal for this part of the year and marginally up from 22.6 degree Celsius yesterday.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature breached the 40-degree mark for the first time this season with the mercury settling down at 41 degree Celsius, which was two degree above normal.
