Speaking at a round table meeting organised on Section 8, he said that there is no security to properties belonging to Andhra people in Hyderabad.
"Our buildings are being bulldozed. Until we build a new capital, governance would be from the joint capital where we feel insecure due to activities of the Telangana Chief Minister and his government. We need to work in a peaceful atmosphere to develop AP, for which implementing Section 8 is the only solution," he said.
The minister, also criticised the language used by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
"He (Rao) has been behaving worse than Hitler. Is he a CM or a street rowdy? Right from EAMCET, scholarships, water sharing, irrigation projects or sharing secretariat buildings, he has been creating problems for AP in Hyderabad," he said.
